Be honest with yourself
If you had to guess… how many times did you pick up your phone yesterday without even thinking?
Not because you needed something.
Not because you had a call incoming, or a message you had to respond to… just habit.
Because it’s always the same lethal cycle that gets you:
A quick check turns into a scroll.
That scroll turns into 20 minutes.
20 minutes turns into an hour.
And before you know it, the day feels shorter… but you weirdly didn’t really do anything.
I know that feeling all too well.
My days would frequently end with this weird mix of being mentally exhausted… but also knowing I didn’t actually move forward.
And that’s a frustrating place to be.
Because deep down, you know it’s not a lack of ability.
It’s something else.
So What Is The Cost Of Scrolling
The scary part isn’t the time you lose.
It’s what that time replaces. The shocking opportunity cost of scrolling daily.
The ideas you didn’t act on.
The things you said you’d start.
The version of you that keeps getting delayed.
And the worst part?
It doesn’t feel like you’re doing anything wrong.
You feel entertained.
Distracted.
So… it’s easy to justify.
The Thought That Messed With Me
About 3 years ago, I came across a video which changed my life.
Nothing special. Just a random clip while scrolling.
But one line stuck… I’m not even so sure why it did:
“If you create as much content as you consume it, your life will change in less than 6 months.”
That line hit harder than anything else I’d heard because I knew exactly where I stood.
I was consuming constantly, learning nothing, and building nothing in the process… reminiscent of a braindead zombie.
The Shift That Got Me To Change
The first step was altering my perspective.
I didn’t quit social media, delete any apps, or even enforce ruthless discipline.
I simply changed one thing.
I stopped being a consumer first, and instead became a creator first.
Consumer ——> Creator
Instead of scrolling… I started studying what gathered attention.
Instead of watching passively… I started testing things.
And most important of all… instead of saying “I’ll start soon”, I just started!
The Lie You’ve Been Sold
Most people think that in order to create you need to:
Show your face
Have confidence
Buy fancy equipment
Wait for the right idea
You don’t.
I didn’t show my face.
I didn’t have anything special.
I didn’t spend money to start.
I built faceless theme pages all from my phone.
And now with AI, it’s even easier to create content that actually works.
Everything I built… I built from my phone.
The same phone I used to waste hours on.
Over time, that turned into pages with over 3M followers.
Not because I was special.
But because I stopped sitting on the sidelines and started CREATING.
You’re Not Behind… You’re Just Watching
You already understand content (probably more than you realise).
You know what grabs attention.
You know what engages people.
You see the patterns.
You’re closer than you think. I promise.
You’re just not using it yet.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been working closely with a few people, helping them make this exact shift.
From mindless scrolling…
to building something real.
And every time, it starts the same way.
They realize they don’t need more time.
They just need to stop wasting what they already have.
How To Start
You don’t need to quit social media.
You just need to flip the script.
Same time.
Same apps.
Different outcome.
I’ve been helping a few people do exactly this, turning something they already spend hours on into something that actually moves them forward.
So if you’ve been stuck in that same loop and want to break out of it just fill out this form and I’ll personally review it and reply to you with more information as well as any questions you have.
But remember this…
You’re already in the game.
You just have to stop watching.
